These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made on this website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by an independent, third-party ticket reseller ("we", "us", "our"). We are not the organiser, promoter or official ticket agent of the Electric Avenue Music Festival, and we are not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by the festival or its organisers. Tickets sold on this website may be priced above their original face value.
2. How your ticket is issued
- When you place an order, we purchase your ticket from the official ticket seller and register it in the attendee name you provide at checkout.
- You must enter the attendee's full legal name exactly as it appears on their photo ID, and a valid email address. We are not responsible for entry problems caused by incorrect details.
- Each ticket is issued in one person's name. If you are buying for more than one person, please place a separate order for each attendee.
- E-tickets are emailed to the address provided at checkout approximately one week before the event.
3. Conditions of entry
- This is a strictly R18 event. Every attendee must present valid photo ID matching the name on their ticket.
- The event organiser's conditions of entry apply to all tickets. The organiser and venue may refuse entry or remove attendees for reasons outside our control, including intoxication, behaviour, prohibited items or failure to present valid ID. We cannot provide refunds in these cases.
4. Pricing and payment
- All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.
- Full payment is taken at checkout.
- We may cancel an order and refund it in full if we are unable to obtain the ticket, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.
5. Refunds
All sales are final and change-of-mind refunds are not available. If the event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.
6. Changes to the event
The event, including its line-up, set times, venue and schedule, is controlled by the organiser, not by us. Changes to the line-up or set times do not count as a cancellation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including travel, accommodation or other costs connected with attending the event. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant ticket(s).
8. Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986 or any other New Zealand law that cannot be excluded.
9. Privacy
We collect and use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of New Zealand.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your order applies to that order.
