Welcome to Koala Mobile. By accessing or using koala-mobile.com (the “Site”) or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Our Products
Koala Mobile sells refurbished and new mobile phones, primarily iPhones and Samsung Galaxy devices. We do our best to describe each phone accurately, including its condition grade, storage, colour, and any visible wear. Photos may show stock or representative imagery — please read the listing carefully.
Phones are listed as one of the following:
• New — sealed, unused
• Refurbished — pre-owned, tested, fully functional, with any wear described
We are not affiliated with Apple Inc. or Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. Brand names and model names are used solely to identify the products we sell.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout (AUD by default in Australia). We accept payment through the methods displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and the USA. See our Shipping page for delivery times and rates. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
4. Returns & Warranty
See our Refund Policy for full details. In short:
• Refurbished phones come with a 30-day functional warranty
• Faulty items can be returned for repair, replacement, or refund
• Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 15 days, in original condition
This does not affect your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law (or the equivalent in your country).
5. Phone Condition & SIM Lock
Unless otherwise stated, all phones are sold unlocked (no carrier lock). iCloud and Google accounts are removed before listing. If you receive a phone that is locked or has account issues, contact us immediately.
6. Intellectual Property
The Site, its content, and our branding belong to Koala Mobile. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without permission. “Apple”, “iPhone”, “Samsung”, and “Galaxy” are trademarks of their respective owners.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koala Mobile is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of [Insert state/territory].
9. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
